Role:Lending Paralegal or NQ Solicitor

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Contract: Full time permanent

Location: North London

Key Responsibilities of the Lending Paralegal or NQ Solicitor

• Taking instructions from members of the team who act for banks and bridging finance companies exclusively
• Assisting at all stages of the transactions from initial instructions, through to reporting on title and including post completions

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Lending Paralegal or NQ Solicitor

• 2 years + working as property paralegal role
• Ideally exclusively within lending or a large proportion within lending
• Delivering first class service to clients
• Excellent organisation skills
