Job description

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Doncaster

Duration: Interim 6 months

Salary: Competitive

Sellick Partnership are recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, sought for a public sector organisation based in Doncaster for a temporary assignment to assist the organisation on a part time basis, this will be on a hybrid basis.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews
  • Facilitate the selection process
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Job analysis
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Sourcing candidate through various channels
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Conducted interviews, assess candidates' suitability

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role should ideally have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • CIPD Level or equivalent
  • Experience within an educational organisation would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems (ATSs)
  • A strategic approach to recruitment

The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should also have exceptional organisational skills, and time management skills. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships enabling them to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
