Office Administrator

Up to £35,000

SW London

Permanent, full-time

An exciting award-winning estate agency with a strong foothold in South West London is now looking for an Office Administrator to join their support team! The company is well-established in the area and has a wonderful team with a friendly inclusive atmosphere, as well as an excellent open and social environment.

This is an immediate start permanent position paying a salary up to £35,000 pa with plenty of opportunity for further growth and development and no weekend work!

This would be the perfect position for a bright administrator, ideally with experience in lettings administration, who is looking for their next role with a manager & a business which takes pride in its development-first approach to work.

This is a Monday-Friday only role , based in-office

As the Office Administrator, you will:

  • Set-up new tenancies on the CRM system and send out offer acceptance emails .
  • Oversee the tenant referencing process, as well as preparing and sending Tenancy Agreements.
  • Ensure up-to-date compliance documents (Gas Cert, EICR, EPC) are available.
  • Book inventory appointments and professional cleans as necessary.
  • Post tenancy commencement, send a 'Welcome Letter' with relevant documents to both parties.
  • Arrange Tenant Check-in and Check-out
  • liaise between Landlord and tenat on Lettings renewals
  • Issue Section Notices where required
  • Send landlord and tenant statement and payment confirmation notices
  • Update utility providers with new tenancy information based on the inventory report's meter readings.
  • Manage renewals by providing Lettings Manager with 'Notice to Quit' list for valuation and negotiation.

As the Office Administrator, you should have:

  • At least 12 months of experience in an administration role
  • Ideally experience working in a lettings position, either a negotiator or an administrator.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office
