SalaryEden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Administrator to work as part of their Lettings team.
The role is a hybrid role based in Manchester for approximately 2 months
Working in a fast paced environment, information collecting and checking from customers and keeping on top of e mails that arrive regarding our properties, you will be frontline admin for the Lettings team
Your responsibilities will also include updating spreadsheets with information receiving keeping it as live as possible.
Experience in social housing and void, empty homes process would be advantageous, not essential
A very good communicator, with great organisational skills, someone who can speak to customers, and is good with record keeping and excel.
