Lettings Administrator

Joining a prestigious Estate Agents in the heart of Urmston you will support the business with Lettings administration and coordination
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4pm (with a day off in lieu)
GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 per annum.
Driving License required

• You will draw up relevant paper work once rentals are agreed
• Assist the Property Manager in any compliance related or maintenance related works.
• Support with viewings, inspections when required.
• Cover some social media

You don't need experience in the Property industry but do need a genuine passion to learn about the sector and progress.
