Our client is a property management company who are recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join their lettings department. Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years experience in property or lettings administration however this is not essential.
Our client is offering career prospects, generous holidays and off street parking is available.
Duties will include:
* Responding to letting enquiries via phone and email
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Sending out emails and correspondence
* Arranging meetings
* Liaising with tenants and landlords
* Signing up tenants to properties, processing tenancy agreements
* Uploading properties to online portals online
* Arranging client meetings for the team
* General lettings administration
Skills and attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills
* Hands on and versatile
* Ability to multitask
