SalaryOur client, a well-respected Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Lettings administrator to join their close-knit team in Torquay.

Working hours of a Lettings Administrator:
- Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Administrator:
- Up to £30,000 basic DOE
- Free parking

Lettings Administrator requirements:
- Previous property administration experience
- Understanding of Property Lettings
- Experience dealing with CRM Systems
- Highly organised and time efficient
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Excellent customer service skills
Key tasks of a Lettings Administrator will include but will not be limited to:
- Handling telephone calls and general face to face enquiries
- Making sure compliance checks have been carried out
- Updating the CRM system
- General liaising between landlord and tenant for a smooth tenancy start.
- General office admin duties
- Dealing with payments
