Then this might just be the job for you! Lloyds Lettings and Property Management are expanding and are recruiting for an Office Administrator. Here at Lloyds we don't just do lettings! We also have a BodyBuilding Gym which the Office Administrator will support with the day to day running.
Lloyds Lettings and Property Management are seeking a hard working, vibrant, confident and friendly part or full time employee to join our growing company. The successful applicant must be hard working with an outgoing personality. Initially the position can be offered to a professional with no experience as full training will be provided however we are looking for someone to grow our company and climb the ladder as there are job opportunities offered for the right applicant.
Experience in the property industry preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
This role includes:
Admin (including word, outlook, excel)
Answering phone calls/booking in viewings
Attending viewings when required
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Arranging Maintenance
Preparation of move in paperwork
Dressing and taking photos of rooms to a high standard
Performing check-outs when a tenant has left the room
Monthly property visits
Gym Administrative Support

Driving license preferred.
