SalaryAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our client's busy team in Corby, Northamptonshire. Under a brand that has a large network of offices, all across the U.K.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year Lettings experience, can work on their own initiative, and have the desire to progress their career and rise within the company.
Duties & Requirements:
* Viewing properties with tenants and liaising with landlords.
* Preparing referencing and tenancy move-in paperwork.
* Assisting the property management team with general property management.
* Property Appraisals.
* Social media posting.
* Own Car Essential.
* Ideally live within 30 minutes of Corby.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
1x Saturday a month - 9am - 2pm.
Salary:
Circa £23,000 P/A - depending on experience.
