Hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, rota Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm
Are you passionate about Property Management and Customer Service? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lettings Consultant to join our client's team.
As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful tenancy setups, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional service to both Tenants and Landlords. This is a "360" role where you will manage all aspects of your allocated portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our team to achieve successful letting of all instructions.
Create successful tenancy setups while adhering to legal requirements.
Maintain clear communication with landlords, tenants, and guarantors to ensure swift applications and build successful reports.
Ensure that your property portfolio is well managed and compliant from a health and safety perspective.
Oversee and manage repair and maintenance tasks for our managed properties.
Process visits, check-out, and inventory reports, and handle any deposit disputes.
Assist with administrative tasks and work closely with the team.
Conduct regular stock reviews of lettings properties to ensure smooth operations.
Key Attributes:
Essential experience in Lettings & Management.
Strong knowledge of property safety compliance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; you'll be a key point of contact for our landlord clients.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good general education, administration, presentation, numerical ability, and PC skills.
Ability to follow company procedures and processes.
