We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their team, bringing exceptional communication skills, a flair for creative problem-solving, and a determination to leave a lasting impact on the industry.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate property viewings, ensuring successful tenant matches.
- Negotiate terms and finalise lease agreements.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Provide detailed information to applicants about properties and the local area.
- Manage and relay feedback to property owners for continuous improvement.
- Onboard new properties and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Oversee tenant move-ins, management, and property maintenance.
- Ideally, ARLA/estate agency trained, possessing knowledge of property and management services along with updated legislation.
- Confident in verbal communication, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Organised with efficient time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative-driven, self-motivated, and possess a great personality.
- Flexibility to work on weekends when necessary.
- Due to the nature of the role, a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
