Lettings Manager - Beccles

Our client is currently seeking a Lettings Manager to join their close-knit team based near Beccles. This role will be varied from conducting valuations to managing the portfolio.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• £25,000 Basic 
• £30,000 OTE

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

• Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area 
• Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch 
• Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
• Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
• Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations 
• Content creation and development on social media platforms

Working hours:

As a Lettings Manager, you will be required to work full-time

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

• Basic IT skills
• Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Property Management
• Able to bring new customers into the business.
• Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements
• ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential)
• A full UK driving licence
• Personable
