My client who are an ambitious and well-established, independent Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to add a Lettings Manager to their highly successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Manager:
- Drive business growth by fostering an environment of excellence
- Proactively deliver new business opportunities
- Guide, develop and manage team members
- Build and develop strong, long-standing client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Lettings Manager:
- Prior experience in a similar, or other senior lettings role
- First-class communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver a high-level of customer service
- ARLA qualified preferred but an in-depth knowledge of lettings regulations/legislation
