Lettings Property Manager - Gloucester - up to £28k
My client is a leading independent, multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for several years in the Gloucester area. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team based in Gloucester. The role will involve assisting the Senior Property Manager on all aspects of property management. They will also assist the team with administrative tasks as they arise, to support the team and the smooth running of their portfolio of properties.
Main duties for the Property Manager role:
- Coordinating maintenance works.
- Organising safety certificate renewals.
- Liaising with utility companies and city council.
- Arranging checkouts and dealing with dilapidations.
- Addressing and resolving tenants’ queries and concerns.
- Inspecting property condition at regular interval and reporting back to landlords.
- Responding to incoming emails and telephone enquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving capability and positive can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a property management role essential.
- ARLA qualification or desire to study towards obtaining this would be preferred.
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong administration skills.
Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 9am-5.30pm
Friday 9am - 5.00pm
One in three Saturdays 9am-1pm
