Our client a multi-office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator for their busy office in Loughton.The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market they provide expert advice to create a tailored service thay puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, priding themselves on their open and friendly attitude.The ideal candidate must have 1 year's+ experience, understanding the full lettings process. You must be able to work well in a team as well as on your own. Listing experience is preferred but not essential. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:
- Basic GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 depending on experience
- OTE GBP35,000 to GBP50,000 + Bonuses
- Petrol allowance GBP100 per month
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm every Saturday 9am to 5pm with a day off in lieu (5 day working week)

Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator will include:
- 1 years+ Lettings experience
- Listing experience preferred but not essential
- Team player
- Well-presented and articulate
- Professional telephone manner
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Ambitious and target driven
- Natural selling ability
- Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
- The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
