You'll be:
- Monitoring application registrations, viewings & receiving feedback.
- Developing daily business opportunities and liaise, to effectively and efficiently service and administer Landlords, Tenants and Customers.
- Assist in office organisation, reception, registration of applicants and matching them to the right properties
- Resolving queries from all parties, via email, phone or in person.
- Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
- Completing tenancy agreements, renewals and amendments.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be determined to meet and exceed company targets.
- You will be a strong communicator who is able to represent the brand professionally.
- You will have knowledge of market competition.
- ARLA Qualified- beneficial
- Full UK Drivers Licence
