We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our client's small letting team.
As a Lettings Negotiator the role is wide ranging and while previous experience within lettings is preferred our client is interested in recruiting someone with the right skill set.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Sales experience
The role would involve all aspects of letting admin as well as conducting viewings and arranging move ins for successful applicants.
If you are looking to develop your career our client is willing to provide on the job training and pay for all training for the industry exam.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 and alternate Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00 with half a day back during the week.
