LETTINGS or SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Bournemouth, BH8

Salary: OTE £28k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A professional, motivated Lettings Negotiatoris required for successful independent estate ageny based in the Bournemouth area.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent performance record within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating deals.

The successful candidate should have experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• Previous lettings experience
• High level of customer service skills
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well presented
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of the Cheam/Sutton area preferred
• Full driving license
