SalaryOur client, a well-established independent agent, is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Plymouth.

Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Monday to Thursday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
- Friday 8.45 am - 5 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm (time off in lieu)
Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Circa £26,000 - £28,000 Salary
- 5-day working week

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Previous lettings experience
- Excellent customer service
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Full UK driver’s license
- Highly organised and time efficient
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Building the company brand
- Booking inspections
- Attending viewings
- Tenancy agreements
- General admin
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
