SalaryMy clients are looking for a keen and ambitious Letting Negotiator to join their Plymouth team with a competitive salary in the region of GBP22-24,000 with OTE of GBP26-29,000 and excellent holiday allowance of 23 days rising to 25 days (after two years service), plus bank holidays plus great hours of Monday to Friday 9-5pm and Saturdays on a rota with lieu time.
Main Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator
- To grow and develop your area
- Generate Market Appraisals for the office valuer
- To work towards targets in a friendly team environment
- Booking and carrying out lettings viewings with prospective tenants
- Providing landlord feedback
- Taking deposits and organising new tenancies
Skills and Experience
- A proven self-starter with an appetite for success, and a growth mindset
- An excellent work ethic with high levels of self-motivation
- Ideally some lettings experience
- Ability to converse confidently with landlords and tenants
- Experience using lettings software would be advantageous but is not essential
- Car owner and full driving license
Basic Salary GBP22-24,000 and on target earnings of GBP26-29,000 plus mileage allowance, excellent benefits and a generous holiday allowance. Excellent hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays on a rota with time in lieu. Call Fran Kent for more information.
