Role: Lettings Negotiator - helping landlords find tenants and rent out their properties. Finding landlords that need your help.
Experience: Lettings/Sales experience beneficial but not imperative
- Enquiries
- Viewings for tenants
- Finding new landlords to work for
- Negotiate between landlord and tenants
- Ensure a high-end customer service for both parties
Looking for a really eager and motivated individual who is confident in dealing with customers face to face as well as on the phone. Someone who wants to learn the property market and climb the ladder.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £18,500 PA + Commissions with a great OTE
- Car Allowance: £150 pcm
- Personal Commissions a leading 10%!
Working Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 9 am - 7 pm
- Fri: 9 am - 6 pm
- Sat: 10 am - 4 pm (rota)
Permit provided for parking (Business insurance required for a permit)
