SENIOR LETTING NEGOTIATOR OR ASSISTANT MANAGER - FULHAM - REALISTIC OTE £50,000

What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a market leading Independent agent with over 20 London offices. They are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager for their Fulham office. You'll be joining a company that have a vision to be London's best Lettings agent and with that they have a reputation of being fierce competition within the lettings Industry.

You must have your own car and driving license. The salary and commission structure is unrivalled in comparison to competitors. If you're looking to work hard and play hard this is the opportunity for you. This is a great business to be part of for a long-term career! The EARNING POTENTIAL IS VERY GOOD!! They are a busy agent with a good size register of properties.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager

• Previous experience in Lettings is essential
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
