Salary: c.£19k base with OTE of £22k (uncapped commission earned on lettings agreed each month)
My client is an award-winning national Estate Agency brand with a commanding presence in central Aldershot for both Sales and Lettings, who are now offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their Lettings team as a Lettings Negotiator.

You will have good communication and IT skills, be numerate and process-driven, be customer oriented, a quick learner with plenty of drive and ambition, and be a positive team player who genuinely wants to be part of a growing business. You will also be expected to work on your own initiative and be highly self-motivated as this is a busy office where everyone plays their part. You do not need to have Lettings experience as full training will be given but you do need to demonstrate some strong Customer-related experience.
A full UK driving licence is required and you must have access to your own vehicle. My client will pay business mileage at 45p per mile and provide onsite parking. You must be able to work a 5 day working week (38 hours per week) to include every Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week), and holiday allowance is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
