Job Description
At Austin Wyatt, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Apprentice Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic lettings team in branch in Westbourne.

Duties
Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information. Assisting in office organization, reception, and registration of tenants. Inputting client’s details and updating client records. Using our CRM software to book viewings and valuations. Providing client updates via phone and by email. Dealing with customer queries. Supporting team members with general admin tasks

Desired Skills:
Effective communicator, both verbal and written. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Organized. Capable of completing tasks independently as well as being able to work in a team.

Working Week (Days and hours)
Monday-Friday 9-5.30 – Totaling 37.5 hours/week with an hour for lunch each day

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through -

• 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor

• 20% Off The Job Training

• The course is a 14-17 months programme
