Location: Middlesbrough / Yarm, North Yorkshire

Salary: £21k - £23k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be managing databases, arranging viewings, and posting properties for marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle online and phone enquiries promptly.
• Conduct tenant reference checks and contracts.
• Manage student check-ins/check-outs and deposits.
• Liaise between landlords, tenants, and guarantors.
• Build trust with clients, oversee repairs, and maintenance.
• Utilise social media for outreach and contribute to marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of lettings negotiation and sales experience.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM system would be preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
