Your Role:
As a Lettings Support and Administration Specialist/Property Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring their operations run seamlessly. Your expertise in lettings administration and Property Management will empower you to handle diverse tasks, from customer interactions and essential paperwork to property maintenance which will include scheduling works to be completed, co-ordinate any works that are required, Follow ups on completion of jobs and liaising with contractors. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to maintaining the reputation for top-notch customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrable experience in Lettings Support/administration and Property Management.
Strong customer service skills, with a knack for creating positive experiences.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
