You will be joining a busy Residential Lettings team where there are currently nine people maintaining and improving the large, mixed portfolio. Whilst they deliver an outstanding service to their Landlords and Tenants, they also like to enjoy each day of work, so if you like:

What you will be doing
- Dealing with initial enquiries from landlords
- Conducting valuations on properties to win new business
- Advising current and new landlords on marketing strategies for their property
- Conducting take on appointments to get properties ready for advertising
- Advise landlords on improvements they can make to their investments
- Arranging lets/Upselling other services
You will have
- MUST have previous experience as a Lettings Valuer
- Passion to succeed
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive mentality
- Clean UK Driving Licence
You will receive
- Basic salary up to £30,000pa depending on your experience
- Competitive commission structure ( approx. £7,000pa to earn)
- Group Company Bonus (£2,500pa OTE)

- 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 14:00 Saturday, working 1 in 3
