GBP40k-GBP50k OTE. Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator with property valuation experience? My client is looking for a Lettings Valuer for their busy office in Reading. This is an amazing role where you are able to develop your current skills along with great earning potential!
Responsibilities for this Lettings Valuer role will include:

• Booking & carrying out valuations
• Winning instructions
• Dealing with rental clients and landlords
• Liaising with the Property Management team

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Valuer role:

• Minimum 2 years lettings experience
• Lettings Negotiation
• Lettings Valuing experience preferred
• Track record of bringing on new landlords
