Job Overview:

Duties:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's well-being and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential
