Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. We are ideally seeking a Practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification but will also accept applications from those with Level 2 Qualifications and from those looking to do a Level 3 apprenticeship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise children in an Early Years setting
- Provide high-quality childcare and educational programs
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize experience in early childhood education to support children's development
- Work as part of a team in guiding and mentoring young learners
- Drive the implementation of engaging activities to stimulate learning
- Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach
Skills:
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate young children
- Proficiency in English language for effective instruction
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
