Location: Client and site locations will vary per job
Holidays: 33 days including 8 bank holidays
Package: Salary is offered in line with Electrical JIB hourly rates, and is based on qualifications, experience, and location.

Job Description
We are MEP Contractors, carrying out Projects for our clients across the UK.
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our existing projects team on a full time, permanent basis.
Working within the Projects team provides exciting opportunities to use a wide range of skills each day, in new and challenging environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical cabling,Lighting, switchgear,Distribution boards, and fixtures in all types of structures.
2.Maintaining an excellent standard of work.
3.Coordinating with a general contractor and other building professionals on site.
4.Understanding and following 2D Cad Drawings or building plans.
5.Following current 18th regulations.
6.Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work.
7.Ensuring receipts and goods received notes are catalogued and filed on the company finance systems that are accessible by mobile phone.
8.Making sure all projects are left clean and tidy.
9.Receiving and signing for goods on site and ensuring that they are stored in a safe and secure place.
10.Responsibility for apprentices onsite training and safety.
11.Responding to electrical emergencies, investigating and problem solving.
12.Performing regular maintenance of electrical systems to prevent emergencies.
