This post is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018. The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. The Executive Headteacher and Governors of East Hoathly Nursery are seeking to appoint a full time Nursery Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join its fantastic team. East Hoathly Nursery nurtures and supports children from the age of 2yrs to 5yrs.
The working pattern is term time, Monday's 8.15-5pm, Wednesday - Friday 8.15-3.30pm.
We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years practitioner who is committed to ensuring children have the best start in their education journey.
Our rural village nursery is looking to expand our team and those interested in the role should be knowledgeable about the EYFS, observations and assessment. The ideal applicant will have a Level 3 EYFS Qualification and a passion for childcare and providing exciting opportunities for learning through play.
The successful candidate will be creative, flexible and able to use their own initiative to create a purposeful and stimulating environment in both our inside classroom and our wonderful outside spaces.
As a setting we can offer you a team of supportive practitioners and regular opportunities to develop your own knowledge, whilst sharing your own skills and interests.
