SalaryWe are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a beautiful nursery based in Coventry on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be offered a Monday to Friday role working from either 8am-5.30pm or 7.30-5pm.
Our client is seeking someone who has the right attitude working with young children as you will be required to work within the baby room.
- Be comfortable to lead when required.
- Good communication skills as you will be speaking with parents and other outside agencies.
- Have the passion to grown up minds and the right attitude to build strong relationships.
- Actively supporting the nursery manager in day-to-day safeguarding and child protection.
- Support the nursery's response to safeguarding concerns, collaborating with external agencies when necessary, and maintaining records.
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities.
- Assist in implementing creative and engaging activities for children that promote learning and enjoyment within the EYFS framework.
- Support fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere among staff, encouraging collaboration and mutual support.
