Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an Experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Central Bristol starting as soon as possible.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
• Have experience of working with primary school aged children
• Support pupils who face barriers to learning
• Be able to engage pupils with learning activities
• Have a passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• Be able to manage behaviour effectively
About the school
The local primary school in Bristol welcomes a diverse range of pupils and is seeking a Teaching Assistant who is adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of individuals. The school has close ties with the local community. The school takes pride in their supportive environment for staff and students and has embedded a culture of trust and respect. School hours are 08:30am - 3:30pm, term time only.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
Have NVQ Level 3 TA award or equivalent
Ideally hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle (not essential)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
