Level 3 Teaching Assistant

A lovely Primary school with a welcoming, supportive environment located in Barry are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work as ad-hoc cover throughout the school in both KS1 and KS2.

This is a fabulous opportunity for newly qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to build their experiences with different age groups to expand their knowledge and put all the theory learnt throughout the qualification to practise.

This role would also be suitable for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant who are looking for a change of pace and environment from their current roles.

The role:

• Working hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
• Supporting learners throughout the school in both KS1 & KS2
• Assisting the teacher in the preparation of learning resources and materials
• Leading small group and individual activities

What you'll need as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant?

• An enhanced DBS check
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Be able to commute to or local to Barry
