our client specialises in removals and storage, providing an array of professional services tailored for both home and business needs. This position is ideal for an experienced Driver who seeks more than just driving.
Responsibilities: Safely operate removals vehicles to transport goods between locations. Ensure the secure loading and unloading of items, paying careful attention to their safety during transit. Plan routes efficiently, considering delivery schedules and time constraints. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: Removals Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience as a driver, preferably in the removals or logistics industry. Good driving and manoeuvring skills. Physical fitness for handling the demands of the job. Strong communication and customer service skills. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Start time varies depending on your route for the day, estimated start times range from 05:00am - 08:00am
Pay rates
£15 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday with the opportunity of overtime on Saturdays
You will be guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours pay per day.
This is an ongoing full time position with the opportunity to go Temp to Perm with the company.
