Are you a seasoned B1 or B2Licenced Engineer from a GA or Corporate Jet background looking to further their career with direct progression to Lead Engineer within 12 months?

On offer is the chance to become accredited for Cessna Citation and Beechcraft Super King Air aircraft and work for an exciting scale-up with several FBO's across the UK.

This company are growing exponentially, creating a 360 solution for VIP's and businesses to solve their rapid transport needs. They have several bases of operation in the UK, with Leicester being the newest site. With these growth plans in the works, there is scope for rapid progression for a highly motivated Engineer

This role will involve keeping scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance is completed under Part 145 control, whilst upkeeping quality and health and safety standards on the day shift. A suitable candidate will be confident in a client facing role looking to satisfy any customer request to the best of their abilities.

This role would suit a B1 / B2 Licensed Engineer from a GA or Corporate Jet background looking for rapid progression, a high level of responsibility and an exciting scale-up environment.

The Role:

• Rapid progression to Lead Engineer
• Accreditation for Beechcraft King Air and Cessna Citation
• Manage the allocated day team of assigned engineers
• Set and ensure team hit financial, commercial and engineering targets
• Communicate progress through written reports and daily meetings
• Liaison with hanger management and third party support services
• Enforce in-house and external health and safety regulations
• Upkeep company quality standards
• Carry out quality monitoring of all schedules and non-routine work cards
• Working on Turboprop Beechcraft King Air and Cessner Citation Jet aircraft

• B1 / B2 Licensed Engineer
• General Aviation background
• Looking for rapid progression
