In this influential role, you will play a key part in a small team of 3 covering speciliast Life Science risks, including Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Clinical Trials, Business Insurance, and Employers & Public Liability.
You will be trained to be in a pivotal role in overseeing risks from initiation to renewal, proactively engaging in new business initiatives, and fostering enduring relationships with clients cultivated over their insurance lifecycle. There will be the opportunity to conduct occasional client visits, participate in industry events, and build influential connections.
We seek candidates with a refined background in a traditional brokerage, my client is open to experince of personal lines, mid-high net worth, or commercial sectors. A positive and proactive approach, an insatiable appetite for professional development, and a readiness to shoulder managerial responsibilities are imperative attributes. As the successful candidate, envision yourself seamlessly assuming a leadership role upon the retirement of our current Director.
