- Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to a wide range of equipment
- Ensure Shut Down Resolution within contract target KPI’s
- Identify problems via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Mentor and assist in upskilling of local lift engineers
- Travel when and where required in order to resolve particular issues as and when they arise.
- Conduct Technical Surveys on problematic equipment
- Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
- Have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes and types of equipment, such as dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts and hydraulics
- Have all-round knowledge of lift equipment and that you can demonstrate that you can apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis.
