Position: Sales Engineer – Lighting
Location: West Sussex & Surrey
Job Type: Permanent
My client, a nationwide company that design, manufacture, and distribute a range of luminaries and lighting.
Role and Responsibilities –
In this role, you will be looking to continually develop business relationships with suppliers and customers to extensively increase new clients to gain success within the business. Other responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential clients and requirements in the market and increase sales turnover.
- To have on going competitor awareness, new products, prices, samples, literature and any other information and to feedback to Regional Sales Manager.
- To liaise with various departments within the Company to ensure satisfactory customer support/backup.
Experience or Qualifications –
- Previous experience in a similar sales role (ideally within lighting)
- Extensive in achieving and succeeding sales targets
- Top area of knowledge of how to gain clients and potential new customers.
Candidates who currently are a Sales Engineer, Sales Planner or Business Development Manager would be suitable for this position.
