Internal Sales Engineer

Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer required to join a leading Pump Manufacturer. The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer will provide technical specification advice and manage the sales process including generating quotations, processing orders, raising purchase orders and invoices, documentation, proposals and other aspects of sales support. The Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer will have technical sales/sales support experience within the heavy industry sector such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes or similar Fluid Power / heavy industry products. Full product training provided. Package £30,000 - £35,000 high OTE Bonus Pension Additional company benefits Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer Role Provide technical advice and guidance on pump servicing, repairs, and full package solutions. Generate tailored quotations and proposals for pumps, and related pump products such as motors, and electric motors. Manage sales process including handling enquiries, providing technical support and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and all other aspects of sales support - e.g. sales orders, order processing, expediting, purchase orders and documentation. Product specification advice and after sales support of various pump products. The opportunity to progress into an Area Sales Manager role. Liaise with various engineering departments. Commutable to the office in Worthing Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer Requirements Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Coordinator or similar within the engineering industry. Experience working experience within the heavy industry sector such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes or similar Fluid Power / heavy industry products. Full product training provided. Experience providing technical sales / sales support within an engineering environment. An engineering technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or degree would be highly desirable. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
