Assess customer needs and recommend the best-fit products/services. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients for long-term success. Managing quotation process according to company policy Analysis & reporting on customer's forecast, purchasing trends & end of product life to management. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Ensure CRM system is up to date & data is of the highest accuracy. The person Self-motivated and driven by results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS packages including Excel (preferred) Preferably from a sales background but not essential
