- Engage with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and various communication channels.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best-fit products/services.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
- Managing quotation process according to company policy
- Analysis & reporting on customer's forecast, purchasing trends & end of product life to management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Ensure CRM system is up to date & data is of the highest accuracy.
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS packages including Excel (preferred)
- Preferably from a sales background but not essential
