LINE CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIE - LARGE RESTAURANT IN A RETAIL OUTLET - NEAR CRAWLEY - PERMANENT POSITION - 38 HOUR CONTRACT - £11.17 PER HOUR

We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant.  These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.

The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza's, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery. 

We are looking for a Line Chef / Chef de Partie to become a permanent member of this kitchen team.  You will:

• Complete preparation and service requirements
• Ensure all food is cooked correctly and presented in the correct manner
• Complete duties as required by the senior kitchen management team
• Take responsibility for your section
• Support those in the team
• Complete cleaning duties

In return for your service, the company are offering a competitive starting salary, equating to an hourly rate of £11.20per hour on a 38-hour contract.
