Form of workNewstaff Employment Services are working in partnership with an FMCG Manufacturing company based in Flitwick, we are looking for a Line Production Operative
Duties:
- Erecting cardboard cartons
- Attaching labels
- Carrying out quality inspections on products
- Completing production sheet paperwork
- Maintenance of good housekeeping practices on production lines and within the factory
Must:
- Be physically fit
- Able to read/write English and be numerically
- Turn up to work
- Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Want to work 12 hours

Shifts and Pay Rates:
- Wednesday to Saturday 8pm to 8am
- While training you will be on a day shift 8am to 8pm for about 4 weeks
- 8am to 8pm £11.44 with a 12% shift premium for all hours worked £12.81
- 8pm to 8am £11.44 with a 35% shift premium for all hours worked £15.03
