Here at Wisbech, we have a team of 450 colleagues and manufacture premium chilled ready to cook meals for major retailers such as Asda and Co-op
Pay Rate: £12.42 per hour (plus overtime outside of normal shift pattern)
What you'll be doing
As a liver server, you will be responsible for setting up the machine for the production lines and ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. Duties of this role include:
- Operating the machines in line with related safety and quality procedures
- Responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
- Asses and report anomalies and issues
- Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets
- Work as part of a team to attain safety & performance KPI's
- Willing to learn several machinery roles to be part of a multi-skilled team
- This role will entail minimum of 10KG lifting.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a food factory
- Good level of English & Maths
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Ability to work unsupervised.
