A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINEN PORTER AT THE LYNDENE.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
- collecting linen from across the hotel and organising for collection.
- checking and counting all linen that comes into the hotel.
- ensuring that all housekeeping cupboards are stocked adequately.
- making sure all discrepancies are reported as soon as possible.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Linen Porter, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- A willingness to learn
- Be comfortable working solo and as part of a team
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience within a customer facing role is preferred. No experience? No big deal - we’ll train you up!
