As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated High-Performance Computing (HPC) Systems Engineer to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced HPC Systems Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance computing systems for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HPC technologies, parallel computing, and system optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competently provide HPC software installation consultancy in accordance to project requirements following best practices and software vendor requirements.
- Work Safely and in accordance with Risk Assessments and Method statements agreed with Customers.
- Attend customer site at the request as required.
- Design, deploy, and manage high-performance computing systems for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HPC requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Work as a team with other members within Sales, Presales, Operations, Project Management, Deployment and Support departments.
- Be available via email/telephone/Instant Messaging during work hours where possible based on signal/network connectivity
- Present yourself in a professional manner while performing your scope of work.
- Ensure out of office alerts and work calendars are accurately maintained at all times
- Stay abreast of emerging HPC technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations
- Adhere to ISO processes.
