My FTSE 100 client is seeking an experienced Actuary to fill the role of Senior Manager for Liquidity Reporting.Responsibilities:As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team of finance professionals, overseeing the production of liquidity monitoring. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Performance, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with senior stakeholders in Finance and Risk to ensure Liquidity Reporting aligns with customer needs within a robust control environment. Conducting ongoing monthly and intra-monthly reporting, addressing ad hoc requirements for new transactions, and actively participating in forecasting and stress testing. Driving positive change in reporting processes, aligning with my clients ambitions for continuous improvement. Utilising new technologies to enhance reporting efficiency.Requirements:We are looking for a candidate with: A qualified actuary or accountant status, accompanied by at least 3 years post qualified experience or equivalent experience in the Insurance sector. Strong technical ability and expertise in life assurance business, including annuities, with profits, and/or unit-linked business. An understanding of liquidity risk and familiarity with the latest regulatory requirements. Proven experience in effectively managing stakeholders.Desirable Skills:While not essential, it would be advantageous for you to have experience in: Managing teams.
