Job Title: Litigation Claims Specialist Location: Tonbridge, UK Salary: £28,000 per annum
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Litigation Claims Specialist in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing all aspects of litigation claims for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and review client claims to determine the validity and potential for litigation
Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
Prepare and file claims, complaints, and other legal documents as necessary
Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to support claims
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with opposing parties
Keep accurate records of all claim-related activities and communications
Requirements:
Previous experience in litigation claims management or a related field
Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
A degree in Law or a related field is preferred
